General Information concerning legal form, admittance
and representative authority:
Hohmann & Partner has the legal form of a “Partnerschafts-
gesellschaft” and was registered september 2002 at the local
court Bad Vilbel (PR 1353).
The liability is limited to the acting partner. The liability is
limited – if not agreed upon differently – to 1 million
EUR.
The team is composed of lawyers, who are all admitted to the local
court in Büdingen, the county court at Gießen and higher
regional court at Frankfurt. That means, that we may appear in almost
all german courts, the European Court of Justice and some international
courts. Competent bar association: Frankfurt/Main, Tel. ++49 (69)

Notes for the journey to the office of Hohmann
& Partner:
By airplane: airport Frankfurt/Main,
take the suburban rail (S-Bahn) via Frankfurt Main Station (then
like by train)
By train: take the Regionalexpress
(local train) from Frankfurt Main Station to Fulda. Take off Wächtersbach
(in case of snow better Gelnhausen), we are pleased to order you
a taxi which picks you up there.
By car: the office is located in
the district Rinderbügen. See following journey description

By the way: the Old Town of Büdingen (inter
alia the castle from 1200, which is own since 700 years by the Graf
von Ysenburg) is worth seeing. The close-by Old
Town of Gelnhausen (inter alia you find there a cathedral which
was opend by Barbarossa) is similar lovely.
