III. Foodstuff law and law of chemicals

We do consultation for you concerning new developments in foodstuff law and law of chemicals. There are two important current legal sources, which you will find here:

  • Health Claims Regulation, which implies substantial restrictions for the labelling and marketing or advertising of foodstuffs (EC Regulation No 1924/2006) and
  • REACH Regulation, which implies very time-consuming registration, evaluation and license duties for the production and importation of chemicals (EC Regulation No 1907/2006)
